Locrian Diminished 7 Family of Chords:

io chord =        B diminished      (4 note chord = B diminished 7th)
II chord =         C major             (4 note chord = C major 7th)
iiio chord =      D diminished      (4 note chord = D minor 7th flat 5th)
iv chord =         E minor             (4 note chord = E minor 7th)
v chord =          F minor             (4 note chord = F minor major 7th)
VI chord =        G major             (4 note chord = G dominant 7th)
VII+ chord =     Ab augmented    (4 note chord = Ab major 7th sharp 5th)

HS, WS, WS, HS, WS, HS, WS+HS,
Notes are: B, C, D, E, F, G, Ab, B

Now record (or have a friend play) these common Locrian Diminished 7 progressions 5 to 10 minutes each and live (or on another track) play the Locrian Diminished 7 (C Harmonic Major) scale using quarter then eighth notes.

Now transpose these to each position (register) of your instrument, then to all 15 keys.
